About the Role
As the Senior Administrative Assistant, you will be a trusted partner to senior leaders, providing high-level executive support while helping drive operational excellence across the business. Working as part of a collaborative Business Support team, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless executive operations and delivering an exceptional stakeholder experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide proactive, high-level support to senior executives, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, meeting organisation, and expense management.
- Act as a key liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and effective communication.
- Coordinate meetings, events, governance activities, and executive briefings, ensuring all logistics and materials are delivered to a high standard.
- Support key business initiatives and projects by tracking priorities, managing timelines, and assisting with reporting and delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance executive effectiveness, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to members of the Business Support team, helping build capability and share best practice.
- Maintain the highest levels of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Requirements
- Significant experience supporting senior executives, ideally within a corporate or professional services environment.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring, developing, or managing administrative professionals.
- Advanced Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 skills, with strong proficiency across Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Outstanding organisational, prioritisation, and time management capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgement, and the ability to anticipate and resolve challenges proactively.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Experience coordinating complex domestic and international travel arrangements.
