About the Role
Leverage your clinical expertise to support and guide clients on their journey back to work and life after physical or psychological injury. Play a key role in helping clients achieve rehabilitation goals through a holistic approach.
Responsibilities
- Gain a detailed understanding of clients’ injury history through initial needs assessments.
- Conduct a variety of assessments and screening tools such as worksite assessments, job task analysis, ergonomic assessments and ADLs to support development of short-term and long-term rehabilitation goals.
- Collaborate with other health practitioners through case conferencing to facilitate rehabilitation and recovery needs.
- Facilitate a progressive return-to-work through tailored planning.
