Responsibilities
- Successfully deliver projects with your team
- Drive and deliver projects as a technical or delivery/project lead
- Foster high customer satisfaction and identify opportunities as their account manager
- Deliver projects within time, scope, and deliverables
- Create business value and impact for customers, challenging them when appropriate
- Actively contribute to overall ML6 strategy and act as an ambassador
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders from different units and other team leads
- Manage team performance
- Coach team members on projects and personal growth
- Ensure best practices in team ways of working and planning
- Drive the Customer Experience or Emerging GenAI domain
- Build and share knowledge and skills related to the GenAI domain
- Explore new opportunities and industries within the GenAI domain
- Act as a thought leader within the GenAI domain and team
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch (German for Germany)
- Master’s degree or equivalent through relevant experience
- Understand customer's technology footprint and strategy, strategic growth plan, business drivers, and competitive landscape
- Appetite to manage and nurture business relationships with accounts
- Strong track record in delivering AI/ML-projects in production (as an engineer or consultant/PM)
- Passionate about AI and eager to further build out our GenAI domain
- Eager to create real business impact for customers in the fast-evolving AI space
- Currently based in Europe, as relocation outside of Europe is not possible for this role
