About the Role
Unicorn Hospitality Group is seeking a Front Office Agent (m/w/d) to join their team in Berlin. This role is crucial for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring smooth hotel operations.
Responsibilities
- Issuing keys to cleaning staff.
- Preparing keys for guests arriving outside reception hours.
- Sending arrival and key information to guests.
- Assisting guests on-site.
- Communicating with guests and cleaning/operations teams.
- Performing check-ins and check-outs.
- Inspecting rooms upon arrival.
- Replenishing consumables and amenities.
- Reporting defects to the operations team.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience as a Front Office Agent in hotels.
- Very good communication and service orientation.
- Friendly, professional, and guest-oriented demeanor.
- Good (at least B2) German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Reliable, independent, and responsible work ethic.
- Organizational talent and good time management.
- Proficient in using digital tools, email, and basic office applications.
- Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented in stressful situations.
- Willingness to independently resolve minor issues on-site and forward technical or organizational deficiencies to the operations team.
- Willingness to work approximately 2 days per week.
- Willingness to work on weekends (with a fair advance schedule).
