About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager in Everyday Banking, you will lead end-to-end outcomes across strategic initiatives and digital transformation, shaping how millions of customers experience everyday banking. You will own business direction, oversee initiatives, and ensure business case objectives are met.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end outcomes across strategic initiatives and digital transformation.
- Take ownership in setting business direction.
- Oversee initiatives.
- Ensure business case objectives are achieved.
- Partner with product, design, digital, tech, engineering, operations, risk, and other business stakeholders.
- Work across the full delivery lifecycle, from shaping priorities to defining and governing the target-state operating model.
- Drive product delivery in complex, transformation-led environments.
- Prioritize and manage product backlogs to deliver business and customer outcomes.
- Engage stakeholders, bridging business and delivery teams, and influencing outcomes.
Requirements
- Strong experience in product ownership or product management within banking or financial services.
- Prior Banking or Digital Product Management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to drive product delivery in complex, transformation-led environments.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum practices.
- Experience prioritizing and managing product backlogs to deliver business and customer outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, bridging business and delivery teams, and influencing outcomes.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to build strong relationships.
