About the Role
Client Care Associates (CCAs) are the welcoming face of Hello Vet, providing exceptional client and patient support, managing appointments, inquiries, clinical histories, and administrative tasks. They collaborate with the veterinary team to keep clients informed digitally.
Responsibilities
- Welcome every pet and owner who enters the clinic
- Book appointments
- Handle queries
- Manage clinical histories
- Perform administrative tasks
- Collaborate with the veterinary team to keep clients updated and informed digitally
Requirements
- Experienced in carefully handling and restraining animals for clinical examinations
- Excellent communicator
- Confident, gentle and experienced with animal handling
- Calm and solution-oriented
- Desire to be part of a culture that’s doing things differently, to change veterinary care for the better
