About the Role

Join ]init[ as a Talent Development Manager (all genders) to guide and support employees in their development, leveraging your passion for technology, data, and digital trends. This role is a temporary 2-year position as a maternity and parental leave replacement.

Responsibilities

  • Shape processes for personal and professional development of employees, with a focus on tech profiles.
  • Act at the intersection of operational implementation, organizational control, and conceptual development of learning and development offerings.
  • Support the advancement of the ]init[ Academy and drive projects related to digital and AI-powered learning.
  • Participate in HR and organizational projects within the Learning & Development team, focusing on digital transformation implementation.
  • Monitor and evaluate market trends in personnel development, digital learning, and AI-supported learning.
  • Develop digital learning formats and support the creation of effective learning architectures that connect target groups, learning paths, and formats.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for the ]init[ Academy as needed.
  • Contribute fresh ideas and analytical skills to employee development.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in HR personnel development, ideally with a focus on Tech, Data, or Digital Learning.
  • Experience in supporting and developing tech profiles.
  • Experience in managing HR, personnel development, or digitalization projects and driving them forward structurally.
  • Interest in AI and awareness of new developments and use cases for Learning & Development.
  • Willingness to learn and a proactive approach to trying new methods.
  • Proficiency in working with data, key figures, and new tools, with strong analytical skills.
  • Open communication style, ability to inspire others, and a solution-oriented, structured approach.
  • Experience with digital learning formats, learning architectures, or the conception and creation of learning videos is ideal.
  • Experience in designing and moderating workshops is a plus.
