About the Role

felmo is shaping the future of pet health with a combination of mobile veterinary practice, digital healthcare, and innovative technology, aiming to create a modern and stress-free experience for pets and their owners. The company's goal is to become the world's most popular pet health brand.

Responsibilities

• Planning, management, and optimization of paid social and SEA campaigns.
• Development and testing of creatives, target audiences, and bidding strategies to maximize ROAS and new customer acquisition.
• Structured A/B tests across copy, creative, landing pages, and target audience segments.
• Responsibility for CRM campaigns to increase customer loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Regular reporting of relevant KPIs, including CAC, ROAS, and CVR, with clear communication to the team and management.
• Support for conversion rate optimization of the website and landing pages.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in performance, growth, or online marketing, ideally in a D2C or e-commerce environment.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads.
• Strong analytical skills and confident handling of performance data.
• Experience with CRM, email marketing, or content campaigns.
• Very good German and English language skills.
• Experience with Shopify or Braze is a plus.
• Genuine enthusiasm for using AI tools in marketing.
