About the Role
This role supports Level 3 Business Administrator apprentices in acquiring and demonstrating the knowledge, skills, and behaviors needed for success, offering advice and guidance throughout their learning journey.
Responsibilities
- Support apprentices through the learning journey and deliver an outstanding learner experience through effective coaching and mentoring.
- Ensure apprentices are on track to complete their apprenticeship.
- Deliver regular progress reviews and check-ins for all apprentices, and keep employers up to date with progress.
- Help review, develop, and deliver the learning content and delivery model for the apprenticeship programme.
- Design and facilitate engaging apprentice training through group sessions, including live sessions and in-person development days.
- Coordinate training activities delivered in partnership with employers and industry experts.
- Assess apprentices' work and provide timely, developmental feedback.
- Manage scheduled activities to ensure the timely achievement of learners.
- Comply with quality procedures to ensure compliance and best practice.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with each apprentice and employer supported.
- Provide additional pastoral support for apprentices as required.
Requirements
- Experience as a Skills Coach delivering the Business Administrator standard, or extensive knowledge and experience as a Business Administration professional.
- A passion for helping people enhance their careers, and the drive to deliver the best training possible.
- Knowledge of Apprenticeship Standards and End Point Assessments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to deliver to deadlines and prioritise effectively.
- Previous training or coaching experience.
