About the Role

Hard Rock International (HRI) is seeking a Line Cook to prepare menu items according to specifications, manage inventory, and maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare prep recipes and cook menu products to specification.
• Receive and order product.
• Properly label, date, cover, and refrigerate prepped food items.
• Perform opening, closing, and side duties, including setting up, stocking, and breaking down kitchen equipment and stations.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, line, expo, dish room, and back dock.
• Practice safety and sanitation standards.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency.
• Read items from order tickets or the Kitchen Display System.
• Assemble orders, double-checking product quality and specifications.
• Demonstrate impeccable product knowledge.
• Handle re-cooks, special preparations, long tickets, and large party/voucher group procedures.

Requirements

• Must be able to read items printed on order tickets or automated Kitchen Display System.
• Must be able to assemble orders, double checking product quality and specs.
• Must demonstrate impeccable product knowledge.
• Must be involved in handling re-cook, special prep, long ticket, large party/voucher group procedures.
