About the Role
The Lubricant Billing Specialist is responsible for billing all lubricant deliveries, including national account lubricant sales, dock transactions, and reconciling payments. They serve as the direct contact for customer issues and questions regarding national account and house account lubricant and dock billing.
Responsibilities
- Daily Billing: Examine paperwork for accuracy before updating sales orders, including date, customer, ship to, product, and pricing.
- Examine negative inventory reports and send them to appropriate personnel for correction before updating.
- Examine gross profit reports to check for profits outside of parameters.
- Reconcile payments for national accounts.
- Address recurring billing issues with appropriate supervisors.
- Customer Service: Act as the customer contact for any national account invoicing issues, including pricing, products, and credit/rebill.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
- Must be able to work for prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Flexibility to be a TEAM PLAYER and participate in efforts that are needed to benefit the company and accomplish unscheduled necessary projects and tasks.
- Ability to clearly communicate with coworkers and customers.
- High attention to detail and willingness to be diligent on issues.
- Solid judgment along with decision-making skills.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Possess a license and vehicle to drive to and from work.
