Responsibilities

Drive sustainable change at client sites by combining technical expertise, digital affinity, and methodological strength to develop and implement future-oriented solutions.
Monitor technological trends, assess their potential, and develop strategies for effective technology adoption, focusing on practical value and digital solutions for efficiency gains.
Identify optimization potential along the value chain through strong process orientation and analytical skills, developing data-based, methodologically sound, and operationally feasible concepts.
Communicate complex issues clearly and persuasively in German and English presentations tailored to target audiences, including top management, international project teams, and external stakeholders.
Lead workshops with strong moderation skills to guide teams effectively towards project goals.
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary, international teams as an experienced leader, proactively contributing expertise, fostering knowledge exchange, and driving innovative projects with colleagues and clients.
Independently coordinate work packages, monitor deadlines, and contribute to structured project execution.
Actively engage in individual further training and development opportunities to shape your career.

Requirements

Completed degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
Minimum of five years of experience in the industrial and/or consulting environment, including transformation projects.
High affinity for digital working methods and AI-supported tools.
Utilize data-based approaches to enhance process efficiency and create added value.
Analytical and process-oriented thinking.
Combine methodological strength with high IT affinity and interest in new technologies.
Strong communication, team orientation, and confident moderation and presentation skills.
Negotiation proficiency in German and very good proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
Appreciation for in-person collaboration at the client's site.
