About the Role

Create optimal conditions for modern software development by working independently and responsibly with development and infrastructure teams. Support development teams with stable platforms and automated processes. Automate and continuously improve build, test, and deployment processes. Requirements

Practical experience in a DevOps environment, (backend) software development, or IT infrastructure operation and administration
Experience with OpenShift or Kubernetes, GitOps, Observability, and Identity Management tools (e.g., ArgoCD, Kustomize, Prometheus, Grafana, Keycloak)
Willingness to automate build, test, and deployment processes
Proficiency with tools like Docker
Fluent communication in German and English (written and spoken)
Ability to think outside the box and keep the big picture in mind
