About the Role
As a Feel Good Manager, you will be the first point of contact, an organizational talent, and a service professional, managing both the reception and phone interactions. Your goal is to ensure patients feel well cared for from their initial contact through to their departure.
Responsibilities
- Greeting and welcoming patients, creating a pleasant atmosphere.
- Providing friendly and competent advice on appointments, treatments, and general practice inquiries via phone.
- Coordinating appointments, callbacks, and waitlists in a structured and reliable manner.
- Maintaining patient master data and recording inquiries and requests in the system.
- Acting as a liaison between doctors and the entire team for a smooth workflow.
- Actively participating in team meetings to enhance service and communication standards.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, reception, or telephone support, preferably in a medical or dental setting (not mandatory).
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and enjoyment in interacting with diverse individuals.
- High level of organizational talent and the ability to prioritize effectively, even under pressure.
- Proficiency with PCs; knowledge of Z1 and Doctolib is advantageous, but training will be provided.
- Willingness to work in a shift system to ensure optimal patient care.
- Team player, flexible, and reliable.
- A qualification as a dental assistant (ZFA) is a plus but not required; service-oriented career changers are welcome.
