About the Role

This role involves the holistic responsibility for a portion of a mixed-use real estate portfolio, steering its economic development from the owner's perspective, identifying value enhancement potentials, and actively managing commercial space leasing.

Responsibilities

• Holistic responsibility for a portion of the mixed-use real estate portfolio.
• Steering the economic development of the portfolio from the owner's perspective.
• Identifying value enhancement potentials and strategic/operational development of properties.
• Active leasing of commercial spaces.
• Ensuring sustainable performance of managed assets in collaboration with internal and external partners.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Finance, or similar.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in asset management of commercial or mixed-use properties.
• Strong investment mindset and excellent understanding of returns, cash flows, business plans, and feasibility analyses.
• Very good Excel skills.
• Comprehensive leasing experience.
• Experience in managing investment and optimization measures.
• Interest in ESG topics and sustainable property development.
• Willingness to travel.
