About the Role

The Royal Canadian Yacht Club (RCYC) is a world-class yacht club dedicated to promoting excellence in competitive sailing and sports. RCYC is ranked among the top 50 yacht clubs globally, and we believe our staff is key to our continued success. We operate year-round from two locations: the Island Clubhouse for summer and the City Clubhouse in downtown Toronto.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure service delivery.
• Incorporate additional modalities, such as heat therapy, cold therapy, and aromatherapy, as needed.
• Provide massage therapy services to Club Members using various techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, adhering to sanitation and safety protocols.
• Conduct client consultations to understand their specific needs and preferences.
• Develop and implement personalized massage therapy plans to meet client goals.

Requirements

• Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) or certified by a recognized national certification.
• Standard First Aid and CPR.
• Own Professional Liability Insurance.
• Able to work at least 1-2 days between the hours of 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
