About the Role
As a Senior Consultant in our Global Immigration practice, you will join an international network of offices and a worldwide team of People Advisory Services professionals. This role offers the opportunity to execute compliance services, provide strategic advice on immigration matters, and assist clients with sponsoring overseas nationals.
Responsibilities
- Execute compliance services related to visa applications, work permits, residence permits, extensions, short-term business traveller deployment, and diagnostic reviews of immigration compliance with the Department of Home Affairs.
- Provide strategic advice to help client organisations understand and navigate immigration compliance requirements.
- Assist clients in sponsoring overseas nationals to work in their business, and represent them in matters related to sponsorships, visa refusals, and cancellations.
Requirements
- Registered migration agent or legal practitioner with relevant experience in a legal or professional services environment.
- Demonstrates solid knowledge of immigration fundamentals and processes.
- Skilled at managing high volumes of work within tight timeframes.
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively while working independently or collaboratively.
- Passionate about process-driven work.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
