About the Role

Responsibilities

• Promote products and provide information to physicians, and discuss surgical procedures.
• Attend surgeries.
• Arrange necessary surgical instruments and implants, and explain the use of medical devices.
• Conduct individual training sessions for physicians, distributors, and nurses.
• Handle administrative tasks, including creating documents and quotations.
• Confirm arrangements and propose product usage methods.
• Follow up on patient rehabilitation progress after surgery.
• Guide nurses in assembling instruments during surgery.
• Provide surgical support to physicians, including explaining correct instrument usage.
• Attend approximately 2-3 surgeries per day (Trauma only).
• Plan and execute sales strategies in collaboration with sales distributors.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of corporate sales experience.
• Willingness to relocate nationwide in the future.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.

Skills

• Medical device sales experience (preferred)
