About the Role
Engage with Scientific Leaders and Key Decision Makers in the designated disease area to build trust and foster scientific exchange. Share insights gained from MSL activities with internal stakeholders. Create and execute individual plans based on Medical Strategy and Field Engagement Plans.
Responsibilities
- Conduct scientific exchange with SL/KDM in compliance with internal and external regulations, including FM-SOP and Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare guidelines for pharmaceutical sales information.
- Provide scientific information and MISP-related information upon request from SL/KDM.
- Create and execute individual plans based on CMP/FEP.
- Gather insights on unmet medical needs and data gaps through scientific exchange.
- Collect information on papers, academic conferences, etc., related to the assigned disease area.
- Build and update the SL List.
- Share information (insights, paper information, conference information) with relevant internal departments.
- Support medical events such as advisory boards and medical education.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge to understand scientific data.
- Willingness to learn about the assigned disease area.
- Understanding and execution ability of medical strategy.
- Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
- Communication skills.
- Cooperation as a team member.
- High ethical standards.
- Basic, clinical, and epidemiological knowledge in vaccines or infectious diseases (preferred).
