About the Role
The Junior Digital Project Manager coordinates the delivery of projects within a designated market remit, acting as a key liaison between JLR Global and regional/local markets to support the successful delivery of brochures, websites, and configurator updates. This role focuses on on-time delivery, stakeholder communication, progress tracking, and issue resolution across multiple workstreams, offering exposure to a global client and complex, multi-market project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project delivery across designated markets, supporting the rollout of brochures, websites, and configurator updates.
- Act as a key point of contact for regional and local market stakeholders, escalating issues as required.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with JLR Global teams, local market contacts, and agency partners.
- Support the delivery of global assets into local markets, ensuring agreed timelines and processes are followed.
- Monitor project schedules and critical paths, proactively identifying risks, delays, and dependencies.
- Communicate project updates, changes, and key milestones to stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the Senior Project Manager to develop and manage project plans through to completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agency partners to resolve project challenges and keep delivery on track.
- Prepare clear and concise project briefs, status updates, and documentation to support efficient project execution.
- Ensure quality control processes are followed and all required approvals are obtained prior to delivery.
- Maintain accurate project tracking, reporting, and time recording.
- Develop a strong understanding of assigned markets and become a trusted point of contact for project delivery requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in project coordination, digital project management, delivery, production, marketing operations, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders across different regions and time zones.
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to develop expertise in global project delivery.
- Candidates from Project Coordination, Digital Project Management, Account Management, Production, and Marketing Operations backgrounds are welcome, including those looking to step into a Project Manager role.
