About the Role
This role is part of the Marketing Services organization, enabling marketing campaigns, customer communications, and engagement initiatives through campaign management, audience management, and channel execution. Within Marketing Services, Audience Management is responsible for creating, validating, and activating customer audiences. The role applies customer data, audience management, and marketing technology expertise to create and deliver audience solutions aligned to business objectives, partners with stakeholders, resolves execution challenges, and contributes to process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Independently create, validate, and deliver audience selections, segments, activation outputs, and execution assets supporting marketing campaigns, customer communications, and business initiatives.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, evaluate execution feasibility, translate business needs into audience management solutions, and ensure accurate delivery of audience management activities.
- Analyze execution results, identify and resolve audience, data, and process-related issues, and recommend improvements that enhance audience performance, execution quality, and operational effectiveness.
- Apply established controls, governance practices, and quality assurance procedures to support compliant, accurate, and risk-aware audience management and marketing execution activities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-3 years experience supporting marketing campaign execution, marketing operations, data operations, analytics, or related functions with the ability to independently execute work and manage assigned deliverables.
- 2+ years experience working with customer audience, campaign execution, or marketing activation platforms (e.g., CDP, journey or campaign orchestration, CRM), including at least 1+ year of hands-on experience with a customer data platform (CDP) such as Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce, Braze, Hightouch, or similar platforms.
- 2+ years experience applying analytical and problem solving skills to manage deliverables, follow defined workflows, and support campaign or data-driven initiatives.
- 3-5 years experience supporting marketing campaign execution, marketing operations, data operations, analytics, or related functions with the ability to independently execute work and manage assigned deliverables.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Marketing, Information Systems, Economics, Business, or other quantitative degree or equivalent, relevant work experience
- 1+ years experience in Financial Services or a highly regulated industry.
- 1+ years experience leading or coordinating projects, workstreams, or initiatives, including managing timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience or exposure to data analysis or programming tools such as SQL, Python, R, SAS, or similar technologies through coursework, certifications, internships, or work experience.
- Ability to travel up to 5% quarterly
- Must be work authorized in the United States on a full time basis without the need for any sponsorship now or in the future.
- Cannot offer employment to F-1 (student) visa holders.
