We are looking for an experienced AI Artist with a strong creative background to enrich our Generative AI team.

Development, conception, and implementation of creative AI content
Creative direction in the development of styles, looks, and visual concepts
Production of AI-generated content for client projects (stills & video)
Close collaboration with designers, 2D/3D artists, and the Digital, Animation, and Film teams
Optional: Training of LoRAs for specific creative requirements (people, characters, products, vehicles)

Creative background with experience in Art Direction, Creative Direction, or visual storytelling
Proficient use of current AI tools and workflows (specific tools are secondary to understanding aesthetics, visual language, and creative concepts)
Strong sense for imagery, composition, light, aesthetics, and creative quality
Overview of current developments in Generative AI
