About the Role
This role involves assisting with administrative tasks, document management, and event preparation within a dynamic research environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the editing, translation, circulation, and filing of routine documents
- Assist in the preparation and organization of various meetings, training sessions, visits, and other activities
- Assist in completing other temporary tasks assigned by supervisors
Requirements
- Hold a valid visa or residence status permitting internships in Germany, or meet the relevant application requirements
- Currently enrolled as a university student
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and possess strong teamwork skills
- Demonstrate good professional ethics and a strong sense of confidentiality
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment and handle multiple parallel administrative tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Chinese, as well as English or German
- Proficient in office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with basic skills in data organization and chart preparation
