About the Role

AllState Sprinkler is seeking a well-organized, goal-oriented Operations Support Administrator with excellent communication skills to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Call a large customer database to schedule appointments.
• Obtain customer information for necessary inspections.
• Enter customer data.
• Develop daily routes by geographic area to meet revenue expectations.
• Answer customer calls to schedule inspections, repairs, and emergency services.
• Contact customers to explain repair quotes, necessity for code compliance, and obtain written approval for repairs.
• Accurately document customer contact regarding non-compliances within a specified time to protect the company from liability and inform customers of life safety risks.
• Enter new customer contracts using Salesforce and ServiceTrade programs.
• Assist the accounts receivable division as needed.
• Assist the sales division as needed.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Advanced skills using Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus, but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and an honest, genuine drive.
