About the Role
Join Bayer Gastronomie GmbH, a subsidiary of the Bayer Group, as a Conference Support / Café Barista. This role is crucial in providing excellent service in our diverse hospitality settings, including restaurants, hotels, and event catering.
Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee specialties, beverages, and small dishes according to quality standards, actively selling and advising guests.
- Perform cashier and administrative tasks.
- Clean the service and café bar area, and manage supplies.
- Support conference rooms and meeting points in assigned buildings.
- Set and clear tables, serve beverages, prepare equipment, and manage materials.
- Clean and maintain inventory, ensuring order and cleanliness.
- Manage stock levels, procure materials, and organize storage.
- Distribute mail, packages, and water gallons in designated areas.
Requirements
- Previous service experience and customer interaction is advantageous.
- Flexibility, resilience, and high commitment.
- Reliability and enjoyment of teamwork.
- Service orientation and professional interaction with customers and guests.
- Independent work style and a high degree of initiative.
- Basic MS Office knowledge and prior cashier experience are beneficial.
- Fluent German language skills.
- English language skills are an advantage.

Salary/Compensations
- €2,251 - €2,598 per month (full-time equivalent) plus annual bonus, holiday pay, and 13th-month salary.
