About the Role
Join R+V Versicherung, one of Germany's largest insurers, for an apprenticeship in banking sales. You will work closely with cooperative banks, guiding clients on insurance, retirement, and financial investments. This program combines practical experience with theoretical learning.
Responsibilities
- Work with the team at the point of sale in cooperative bank branches.
- Expand knowledge at the GenoKolleg in Münster.
- Learn about insurance and financial products.
- Observe and participate in customer consultations.
- Prepare and follow up on consultation meetings.
- Create offers and support the team with contract closings.
Requirements
- Secondary school leaving certificate or (technical) university entrance qualification.
- Curiosity and enjoyment of consulting and economic topics.
- Motivation to learn new things.
- Valid driver's license at the start of the apprenticeship.
- Open to individuals currently in studies who wish to pursue a more practice-oriented challenge.
