About the Role

Join R+V Versicherung for a dual study program in banking sales, collaborating with Volks- and Raiffeisenbanks to advise clients on insurance, retirement, and financial investments. This 3-year program starts September 1, 2027, in Berlin.

Responsibilities

• Work with the team at the point of sale in Volks- and Raiffeisenbank branches.
• Study at the Duale Hochschule Sachsen or the Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Recht Berlin.
• Learn about insurance and financial products.
• Experience customer consultations.
• Prepare and follow up on consultations.
• Create offers and support the team with contract closings.

Requirements

• University entrance qualification (general or subject-restricted) with a good math grade.
• Completed vocational training is also a good prerequisite.
• Curiosity and enjoyment of consulting and economic topics.
• Motivation to learn new things.
• Driver's license by the start of training.
• Open to candidates who have realized in their current studies that they prefer a practical approach to a new challenge.

Salary/Compensations

• €1,532 per month in the first year, €1,620 in the second, and €1,748 in the third year.
