About the Role

Provide administrative support to partners, coordinate travel, manage meetings, and handle ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide complete and accurate administration service to the partners team.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, producing itineraries, liaising with clients, and arranging passport/visas.
  • Ensure compliance with any necessary Covid requirements for travel.
  • Process expenses for the team.
  • Arrange internal/external meetings, including booking rooms, setting up calls/video conferences, and arranging catering.
  • Liaise with training providers where necessary.
  • Meet and greet visitors.
  • Manage ad hoc tasks/projects as requested by the team.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties/ad hoc reports as may be requested.
  • Comply with specific responsibilities outlined by line manager, HR, or assurance teams.
  • Keep up to date with developments in compliance, risk, and internal audit areas.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as individually notified through objectives or the learning management system.

Requirements

  • Proven secretarial/administration experience.
  • Experience managing multiple complex diaries.
  • Experience arranging complex travel plans and itineraries.
  • Experience in processing expenses.
  • Experience working with people across multiple locations.

  • Advanced in all Microsoft Office.
