About the Role
Provide administrative support to partners, coordinate travel, manage meetings, and handle ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide complete and accurate administration service to the partners team.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, producing itineraries, liaising with clients, and arranging passport/visas.
- Ensure compliance with any necessary Covid requirements for travel.
- Process expenses for the team.
- Arrange internal/external meetings, including booking rooms, setting up calls/video conferences, and arranging catering.
- Liaise with training providers where necessary.
- Meet and greet visitors.
- Manage ad hoc tasks/projects as requested by the team.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties/ad hoc reports as may be requested.
- Comply with specific responsibilities outlined by line manager, HR, or assurance teams.
- Keep up to date with developments in compliance, risk, and internal audit areas.
- Carry out additional responsibilities as individually notified through objectives or the learning management system.
Requirements
- Proven secretarial/administration experience.
- Experience managing multiple complex diaries.
- Experience arranging complex travel plans and itineraries.
- Experience in processing expenses.
- Experience working with people across multiple locations.

- Advanced in all Microsoft Office.
