Responsibilities
- Lead brand, digital and marketing strategies that support growth
- Strengthen Catholic Healthcare’s market presence and customer value proposition
- Oversee media and communications activity, events and campaigns from ideas to impact
- Lead inbound sales team ensuring seamless sales and customer service
- Coach and energise a capable, collaborative and customer-focused team
Requirements
- Senior marketing and communications leadership experience with a strong track record of delivery
- Commercial thinking and confidence using insights, data and market intelligence
- A natural leadership style that brings people with you
- Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills, including confidence engaging with Board members and senior leaders
- Ability to manage priorities, budgets, suppliers and deadlines with ease
- Genuine alignment with Catholic Healthcare’s Mission and values
