About the Role
Tiger Analytics is seeking a strategic and driven Engagement Manager to lead high-impact analytics consulting engagements for top-tier clients in the Pharma/Lifesciences industry. This role involves end-to-end ownership of client engagements, translating business problems into analytics solutions, and managing senior client stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end engagement ownership from inception to completion, ensuring successful execution of data, analytics, and AI initiatives.
- Translate complex business problems into viable, scalable analytics and AI solutions.
- Manage, cultivate, and expand relationships with senior client stakeholders, ensuring alignment, managing expectations, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Lead and support cross-functional delivery teams (data scientists, data engineers, business analysts) for high-quality project execution.
- Identify new opportunities, shape proposals, and expand the client footprint to drive sustained account growth.
Requirements
- 10-16 years of professional work experience with at least 7 years in data analytics.
- Ability to engage with executive/VP level stakeholders to translate business problems into high-level analytics solution approaches.
- Experience working within Pharma/Life Sciences.
- Strong ability to oversee, support, and unblock cross-functional technical teams for successful project delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to identify business needs, pitch solutions, and drive account expansion.
- Ability to work with IT and Data Engineering teams to embed analytic outputs in business processes.
