About the Role
As part of IPRO’s Data and Analytics team, the Sr. Data Analyst will perform complex analyses using advanced technical knowledge, interpret analysis output, and identify efficiency opportunities within the department.
Responsibilities
- Translate data analysis requests into actionable solutions.
- Design analytics (reports, dashboards, models) to respond to complex requests.
- Develop quantitative approaches to address client needs.
- Conduct basic statistical analyses.
- Write reports with charts and graphs.
- Present findings and recommendations to internal and client leadership.
- Summarize findings and recommendations for technical/clinical and nontechnical/nonclinical audiences.
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask and manage simultaneous projects and emergencies to meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- Support continuous quality improvement.
- Contribute to improving data and analytics sophistication and efficiency.
- Produce all agreed upon deliverables on or ahead of schedule.
- Represent department leadership on customer and client calls for specific subject matter expertise.
- Serve as resident expert on technology(ies).
- Train and support department staff.
- Serve as a technical assistance resource to junior level peers.
Requirements
- Possesses a deep understanding of relational databases and their use characteristics.
- Ability to solve complex business problems and opportunities through the design and development of efficient, high-quality and customer-centric analytic solutions.
- Ability to distill complex technical content and issues into audience-specific and layperson-friendly terms.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Possesses stellar communications skills, both written and oral.
- Able to produce effective written summaries outlining the results of complex analyses.
