About the Role
As a psychiatrist at Serenity, you’ll practice at the top of your license in a supportive, innovative environment, focusing on excellent patient care without administrative burden.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
- Provide Deep TMS and ketamine therapy onsite with a highly trained support team
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
- Optional involvement in clinical research and innovation initiatives
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN)
- Active state medical license or willingness to obtain
- Unencumbered DEA license
- Clean background
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-centered approach
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

Salary/Compensations
- $300,000 base salary + incentives
- Realistic total compensation up to $450,000+
