About the Role
The Marketing Manager ANZ will collaborate with the Director of APAC Marketing and client-facing teams to execute marketing campaigns for client acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role supports both institutional and wealth businesses in Australia and New Zealand, working within a global marketing function.
Responsibilities
- Adapt, localize, and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, content, communications, and best practices in alignment with business priorities for the Australian market.
- Support business in marketing initiatives including event planning, campaign execution, content and marketing material production, creative production, and digital/social marketing.
- Partner with marketing team experts and external vendors on marketing deliverables and programs.
- Coordinate and manage the production of marketing-related content.
- Review and ensure all marketing activities and materials comply with local requirements.
- Perform additional marketing duties such as materials updates and operational support.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in asset management marketing within the financial industry.
- Experience in asset management marketing, with an understanding of the intermediary market and wealth management channel.
- Demonstrated project management and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to interact effectively with creative teams, senior executives, internal business partners, external clients, and vendors.
- Strong working knowledge of the local compliance and regulatory landscape.
- Strong communication skills in English – verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment and exhibit grace under pressure.
- Comfortable learning new systems and working on creative solutions.
- Team player orientation, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in workflow, creative production, and digital marketing tools is a plus.
