About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead diverse evaluation, research, and consulting projects focused on healthcare in Germany. This role involves full project responsibility from acquisition and conception through execution and presentation, with potential for deputy leadership of the Evaluation and Healthcare Design department.
Responsibilities
- Lead diverse evaluation, research, and consulting projects for healthcare in Germany.
- Take overall technical and organizational responsibility for projects, from acquisition and conception to execution and results presentation.
- Assume deputy leadership of the Evaluation and Healthcare Design department, handling technical and organizational tasks and developing employees and processes with the department head.
- Collaborate closely with clients, coordinating the project team's approach and presenting interim and final results.
- Plan work packages, delegate tasks to team members, and ensure coordination and quality assurance of the project team's work.
- Write scientific texts and project reports, including developing conclusions and recommendations for clients.
- Collect, prepare, analyze, and evaluate various primary and secondary data, and present the findings.
Requirements
- Completed degree (at least Diplom or Master) preferably in Epidemiology, Public Health, Sociology, Economics, Health Economics, Psychology, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in research or a comparable role.
- Professional experience in a leadership position (leading empirical research projects, supervising employees).
- Very good empirical-methodological knowledge, especially for primary data collection; experience with secondary data (e.g., health insurance routine data, official statistics) is advantageous.
- Experience with relevant statistical software (preferably R).
- High willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics and contexts.
- High scientific standards and high customer orientation.
- High level of commitment and results orientation, as well as a thorough, precise, and efficient working method.
