About the Role

Join our team as a full-time Delivery Driver, making customers' days by delivering groceries and retail orders safely, accurately, and on time. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver grocery and retail orders to customers
• Safely load, transport, and unload orders
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Verify orders and delivery information for accuracy
• Communicate with customers and the team regarding deliveries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe delivery vehicle
• Follow all traffic and safety regulations
• Follow instructions of electronic routing device - deliver packages
• Comply with policies and procedures regarding truck operation, package delivery, and customer interaction

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
• Dependable attendance
• Friendly, professional attitude
• Strong customer-service and communication skills
• Ability to safely lift and carry grocery and retail orders
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Previous delivery or customer-service experience is a plus, but not required
