  • Prepare project take-offs, equipment selections, pricing, and integration plans for equipment, controls, and services.
  • Develop preliminary fulfillment schedules and support project planning activities.
  • Prepare, review, and validate proposals with internal stakeholders.
  • Support the direct sales process and contribute to achieving or exceeding sales targets aligned with business strategy.
  • Prepare transition documentation and communicate project readiness for handoff to the operations team.
  • Resolve project scope deviations in collaboration with internal teams following Project Scope Validation.
  • Provide technical consultation on HVAC system solutions, including financial and performance-based considerations.
  • Coordinate with CSO Account Managers on project specifications and proposal development.
  • Assist customers with technical questions related to HVAC systems, Trane products, BAS, installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Perform design and analysis activities involving refrigerant systems, electronic controls, airside systems, and waterside systems.
  • Apply sound engineering principles and practices to deliver high-quality, accurate work products.
  • Interpret and work with refrigerant piping, electrical, and hydronic piping schematics.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts related to standards, literature, and product quality.
  • Use tools such as Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Trane selection and pricing programs, specialty vendor software, and Excel-based reporting tools to create submittals, construction drawings, wiring diagrams, bills of material, IOM manuals, quotes, and analysis.
  • Support fulfillment activities by assisting with cost estimates.
  • Coordinate with estimators to interpret specifications and prepare proposals.
  • Attend, contribute to, and at times lead meetings with team members, sales personnel, customers, and management.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to support business needs, including occasional travel, overnight stays, overtime, weekend work, or cross-functional support.

Requirements
