About the Role
FP&A analyst for the Japan CRM business, serving as the finance partner for the Japan CRM commercial team. This role will lead and support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, while also controlling expenses, headcount, and working capital.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support all aspects of budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting for the Japan CRM business.
- Control capital expenses, variable and fixed operating expenses, headcount management, and working capital.
- Provide periodic support such as month-end reports to several Japan-based global function teams.
- Help drive strategic projects for CRM or the overall AMJ enterprise.
- Assist in performing oversight to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial statements and compliance with all laws, regulations, and Abbott OEC policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 3+ years of Finance and/or Accounting experience, preferably for a multinational company.
- Strong in Excel.
Skills

- Bilingual in Japanese and English (speaking/reading/writing)
- Japan or US CPA preferred
