About the Role
Join Marsh's Cyber Broking team in Australia to manage and grow a portfolio of large and complex cyber accounts. You will build client relationships, support renewal and placement strategies, and identify opportunities to expand Marsh's offerings.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key cyber accounts with long-standing client relationships
- Work with colleagues across the business and global placement teams to deliver renewal and placement strategies in line with client instructions
- Support presentations to prospective clients and help develop solutions that win new business and projects
- Identify opportunities to expand accounts through Marsh service offerings, market insights, and client needs
- Build and maintain a professional network by participating in industry events, conferences, and client functions
- Represent Marsh’s cyber broking capabilities in the market with professionalism and commercial judgement
Requirements
- At least 5 years of insurance broking experience, ideally in Cyber or Financial Lines
- Tier 1 Qualification
- Well-developed communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Experience presenting to and building relationships with senior leaders or C-suite stakeholders
- Appropriate approval to work in Australia
- Successful applicants will be required to complete a Criminal & Bankruptcy check prior to commencing of employment
