About the Role

As a caretaker, you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our Cluster Houses Berlin and its facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance and upkeep of Cluster Houses Berlin and its facilities.
• Ensure compliance with all fire safety and security regulations, including documentation.
• Handle repairs in guest areas, public spaces, and back office.
• Maintain outdoor grounds and landscaping.
• Commission, coordinate, and supervise external service providers.
• Undertake administrative tasks and maintain proper documentation.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a trade (electrician, gas/water installer, carpenter, or similar) and/or experience as a caretaker.
• Reliable, independent, and flexible in solving daily challenges.
• Ability to maintain an overview and multitask in stressful situations.
• Ability to resolve technical issues for guests quickly, professionally, and satisfactorily.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Enjoy working with digital tools.
• Good command of German and English.
