About the Role
As a consultant, you will represent the company's character and philosophy externally, embodying the company's image. You will provide professional advice and support to clients in selling our extensive product range, including the purchase, inspection, and valuation of precious metals from coins, jewelry, watches, and other investment metals. You will also manage customer relationships, acquire new clients, assist with inventory checks, take responsibility for the cash register after training, and handle various customer inquiries.

Requirements
- Completed vocational training/studies or initial experience in a comparable role.
- Entry from other fields is possible.
- Initial professional experience in customer service is desirable.
- Enjoy daily interaction with people.
- High customer and service orientation.
- Structured and independent way of working.
- Analytical thinking and affinity for numbers.
- Reliable team player.
- Very good communication skills.
- Good English language skills.
