About the Role

Mammotome, a Danaher company, is seeking a Strategic Health Systems Manager for the Eastern U.S. to drive growth initiatives within assigned healthcare organizations. This role involves building executive-level partnerships, expanding opportunities, and increasing revenue by representing the full Mammotome portfolio and serving as a brand ambassador.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned health systems and IDNs in the Eastern U.S.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives, supply chain leaders, physician champions, service line leaders, clinical advisors, and value analysis committees.
  • Lead enterprise-wide business reviews, strategic selling initiatives, and growth campaigns.
  • Drive the Total Mammotome Solution value proposition by representing the full Mammotome portfolio.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Legal to execute strategies.
  • Lead the development, negotiation, implementation, and evaluation of health system agreements and enterprise RFP opportunities.
  • Gather customer insights, market intelligence, and competitive information to influence business planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 10 years of healthcare sales, strategic account management, or business development experience in medical devices, diagnostics, healthcare technology, or capital equipment.
  • Proven success managing large integrated delivery networks (IDNs), health systems, group purchasing organizations (GPOs), or enterprise healthcare customers.
  • Demonstrated experience negotiating and managing complex customer agreements.
  • Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional commercial initiatives.
  • Strong contract management and enterprise account development experience.
  • Ability to travel 30-40% throughout the Eastern United States.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
