About the Role
The Executive Assistant provides critical, confidential, and autonomous support to Cepheid's Chief Commercial Officer, enabling effective decision-making and execution within the global commercial organization. This high-impact role requires an understanding of business operations, commercial priorities, executive rhythms, and strategic planning.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to support achievement of key commercial business objectives.
- Lead executive operations, including complex calendar management, global travel, meetings, expenses, and other business-critical activities.
- Drive strategic projects and events by managing timelines, logistics, and deliverables to ensure successful execution of commercial priorities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience with 8+ years of executive administrative support experience, including support of C-suite leaders.
- Minimum 3 years of project management and event planning experience, including executive meetings, conferences, and business events.
- Advanced proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot, and other AI-enabled productivity tools.
- Ability to travel internationally and domestically per business needs.
