About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Finance (Controlling) to lead and professionalize our financial operations and infrastructure. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented finance leader who thrives in high-growth environments and wants to make a tangible impact from day one. This role offers a clear pathway to grow into the Chief Financial Officer position as the company scales.

Responsibilities

Lead the finance function and serve as a strategic finance partner to department leads, assisting with planning, monitoring, and refining budgets and performance metrics.
Own financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning, reconciling budgets and forecasts with actual performance, and providing insights for strategic decisions.
Manage accounts payable, collaborate with the revenue cycle manager on accounts receivable, and establish and oversee internal pricing workflows and departmental budgets.
Build and manage reporting systems for financial and operational KPIs, as well as investor reporting.
Monitor performance against KPIs, hold team leaders accountable, and partner to address underperformance, translating financial data into actionable insights.
Oversee the financial and operational infrastructure of the PCs, including corporate governance and tax compliance across jurisdictions.
Manage and oversee end-to-end accounting and financial recordkeeping for Isaac Health’s MSO and affiliated PCs.

Requirements

Proven experience in finance, controlling, or FP&A roles, ideally within healthcare or tech-enabled services.
Experience managing taxes and legal/financial structures for affiliated entities (e.g., MSOs and PCs).
Strong attention to detail and analytical rigor.
Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and KPI reporting.
Ability to collaborate with senior leaders and influence corrective action planning.
CPA or equivalent qualification is a strong plus.
