About the Role
As a Junior Funds Paralegal, you will work to prepare initial drafts of LP transfer documents, liaise with transfer parties, and assist with execution workflows. You will collaborate closely with lawyers and senior paralegals, contributing to high-quality client delivery across fast-moving, high-volume matters. There are opportunities to build commercial and legal expertise, take ownership of client accounts, and progress towards qualification as a practicing legal professional.
Responsibilities
- Prepare initial drafts of LP transfer documents (transfer agreements, consents, subscription agreements)
- Liaise with transfer parties on process and timings, and assist with execution workflows
- Work closely with lawyers and senior paralegals, contributing to high-quality client delivery across fast-moving, high-volume matters
- Build commercial and legal expertise over time, with opportunities to take ownership of client accounts and progress towards qualification as a practicing legal professional.
