About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for our contract partners within the warranty period, handling warranty claims independently and solution-oriented. You will negotiate offers, commission tradespeople, coordinate appointments, and monitor defect processing to ensure a flawless completion.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for contract partners during the warranty period.
- Communicate clearly and politely, both verbally and in writing, with contract partners.
- Independently manage warranty claims within the warranty period with a focus on solutions.
- Negotiate offers, commission tradespeople, and coordinate appointments.
- Monitor and document defect processing, conduct inspections, and ensure defect-free completion.
- Oversee apartment handovers and meticulously document all processes.
- Collaborate closely with site management, project management, and specialist planners.
- Handle correspondence with insurance companies and monitor legal aspects.
- Support the preparation of procedural and legal steps through assessment and summarization of expert reports.
Requirements
- Completed technical or craft apprenticeship in structural engineering with commercial know-how.
- Several years of professional experience.
- Ideally, knowledge of standards, VOB (Vergabe- und Vertragsordnung für Bauleistungen), and technical building equipment.
- Service-oriented with a keen ear for contract partners' needs.
- Confident demeanor and clear communication skills.
- Skilled negotiator with assertiveness.
- Reliable and takes responsibility.
- Structured and independent work style.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Good English skills are a plus.
- Valid driver's license Class B.
