About the Role
As a Senior Test Engineer in product development, you will significantly contribute to ensuring our high-tech systems meet the highest quality and reliability standards, from the initial concept phase to series production. You will develop and define test, endurance, and validation concepts for our products within the development process. You will independently conduct functional and overall tests on devices and meticulously document the results. You will gain comprehensive background knowledge of the task, development considerations, and final product status, learn to operate our Finetech modules, devices, and machines safely, familiarize yourself with our customers' application technologies to understand requirements and derive test requirements or suggestions for improvement, and collaborate closely with various teams, especially with design, hardware and software development, application, assembly, and service. You will ensure product quality during release and guarantee reliability throughout the entire product lifecycle. With your methodological expertise, you will support development in analyzing and resolving technical problems.
Responsibilities

- Support development in analyzing and resolving technical problems using methodological expertise.
Requirements
- Successfully completed technical vocational training, e.g., as an Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, Industrial Mechanic, Technical Product Designer, or equivalent.
- Successfully completed studies in Electrical Engineering, Medical Technology, Communications Engineering, or comparable fields.
- Several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in testing, validation, or product development.
- Confident and routine handling of common measuring technology and signal processing.
- Sound knowledge in documenting experiments and communicating with various interfaces.
- Experience in independently creating and executing test, endurance, and validation concepts.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
