About the Role

As an Associate Consultant, you will solve complex procurement and supply chain challenges by developing and implementing practical solutions that create measurable value for clients. You will gain early responsibility, collaborate across industries, and build expertise through meaningful client work in a supportive, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end project work, analyzing procurement data, processes, organizations, and category strategies to implement tailored solutions.
  • Grow in a collaborative, fast-paced culture, taking ownership, continuously learning, and contributing to building a growing business.
  • Support organizations across various sectors, helping procurement leaders solve pressing business challenges.
  • Partner with clients, contributing to workshops, negotiations, and discussions while building industry knowledge and trusted relationships.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, sharpen insights, and deliver stronger outcomes.
  • Contribute to communities of expertise, share project learnings, and develop capabilities across procurement and supply chain topics.
  • Learn through collaboration, receiving coaching, feedback, and hands-on learning from experienced colleagues.

Requirements

  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in business administration, business analytics, supply chain management, operations, industrial engineering, or similar fields.
  • Graduating between December 2026 and July 2027.
  • Internship experience or extracurriculars in business, operations, consulting, procurement, supply chain management, operations, or relevant areas preferred.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Confidence to share thoughtful perspectives.
  • Eagerness to build fluency with AI and apply it.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • An entrepreneurial approach and ability to effectively collaborate in team environments.
  • Business-fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Flexibility to travel based on client and project needs.
