About the Role
Deliver Jimmy John's sandwiches in a defined local delivery area, with short routes and familiar territory. Between deliveries, you will work in-shop and get paid for that time. Learn your routes to get orders out fast and safely, double-check every order before it leaves, take phone orders, and handle payments accurately. Reconcile your cash, tips, and mileage with your manager at shift end and pitch in on in-shop tasks between runs.

Requirements
- 18 or older
- Valid driver's license
- Own reliable, insured vehicle
- Driving record with no DUIs and no more than two moving violations in the past three years
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers in English (phone orders, delivery tickets)
- Must pass an MVR check
- This role involves standing and moving throughout the shift, bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Salary/Compensations
- $11.50 - $13.50 per hour base pay
- Tips paid out every shift
- Mileage reimbursement ($0.37-$0.47 per mile)
- $600 sign-on bonus (paid $100/month for six months)
- Our drivers averaged $23.26/hour including tips over the past six months.
