About the Role

This position provides maintenance for plant equipment including mixers, pumps, screw conveyors, motors, bearings, gear boxes, hydraulic systems, and maintenance welding.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ability and desire to learn skills for advancement.
• Understand and demonstrate basic electrical safety.
• Possess required tools.
• Properly and safely use hand tools.
• Operate MC Cart, Fork Lift, and Man Lift.
• Use basic measuring tools (tape measure, scale, ruler, square, etc.).
• Demonstrate above-average accuracy of work regarding EHS.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Possess a valid US Driver’s License.
• Able to work any shift.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working in an industrial environment.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Able to perform physical labor.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Verifiable experience or schooling in the Industrial Mechanical Field.
• Score at least 40% on the Mechanical Maintenance Technician test.
• Demonstrate the ability and desire to learn skills for advancement.
• Understand and demonstrate basic electrical safety.
• Possess required tools.
• Properly and safely use hand tools.
• Use basic measuring tools (tape measure, scale, ruler, square, etc.).
• Demonstrate above-average accuracy of work regarding EHS.
• Competent in the requirements of the Mechanical Maint. Agreement.
