About the Role

This position is responsible for maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment by cleaning and sanitizing common areas, ensuring employees are free from unnecessary lead exposure and hazardous materials.

Responsibilities

• Be a safe and productive worker
• Clean and sanitize respirators
• Clean and sanitize offices, bathrooms, wash areas, eating areas, hallways, stairs, locker rooms, and meeting rooms
• Find and fix employees’ respirator issues
• Maintain hygiene supplies for employees
• Monitor and control personnel traffic in work area
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Possess good verbal and written communication skills
• Possess organizational skills
• Possess a valid US Driver’s License
• High School Diploma or GED
• Able to perform physical labor
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment

Skills

• Janitorial experience preferred
• Operate tenant and floor machine
• Environmental health and safety training
• Safety training for applicable equipment
• Gator Training
• Mobile Cart Training
• ISO 9001 familiarization
• ISO 14001 awareness, objectives and targets, department significant environmental impacts
• LEAN JTE awareness, objectives, targets and participation
